This an official cyber tip line operated by the Australian Federal Police. It is an opportunity for the public to submit anonymous tips between 25 and 28 June 2026.
We do not monitor or reply to any messages directly. For urgent or life threatening matters please phone the police emergency line on 000.
Be aware of anyone attempting to impersonate our accounts. Only message the accounts listed on this page. We will never ask for personal information, passwords or payment.

It's okay to speak up
If something online is worrying you, you don't have to deal with it on your own. Talking to someone you trust — a parent, teacher, or another safe adult — is a brave and good thing to do.

PRIVACY
- +We only record message content, the timestamp and a hash of the user ID which is only used for de-duplication. We do not record any identifying information when you message us (e.g username, email, IP address or user agent).
- +Attachments (photos, files, voice memos) are not accepted. The bot will reply asking you to share all messages in text only.
- +The information which you provide in your message will be used by us to ensure the safety of the community. We may disclose the information in your message to Commonwealth, State or Territory agencies which have responsibility for policing, intelligence, criminal investigations or imposing penalties and sanctions, or to other applicable entities. Any disclosure to these agencies or entities will occur in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We will not disclose the information you provide to us to any overseas recipient without your consent, unless the disclosure is permitted under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
